We contract out this service to a licensed beautician.

We are fortunate to have a talented stylist who treats our residents with dignity and respect in a compassionate and caring environment.

1. Please make appointments directly with the stylist. This can be done two ways:
   
   
   • Call the Stylist at (608) 519-9372. If calling after hours, please leave a message with the resident’s name, room number, service requested, preferred appointment date, contact name and number, and a call back request if necessary. All messages are reviewed during beauty shop hours. Direct contact with the professional providing service ensures a satisfied customer!
   
   
   • Complete a Beauty Shop Service Form and place in the Salon Mailbox located outside the Salon Doorway.  
2. Payment is required at time of service. Payments can be made one of four ways:
   
   
   • Direct payment to the stylist at the time of service. Beautician accepts payment in the form of cash or check. When paying by check, please make the check payable to the beautician providing service. Do not make the check payable to Hillview.
   
   
   • Payment through a resident fund account. If paying with the resident’s spending account, please make sure the account is adequately funded to cover beauty shop expenses.
     
     
     • Please see the business office to establish an account. A resident account is easy to open, and when adequately funded, ensures consistent appointments and payment of scheduled services.
   
   
   • Payment at the Front Desk - Cash or checks left at the front desk specifically for resident beauty shop services will be forwarded directly to the Salon. All checks need to be payable to the beautician providing service. Do not make the check payable to Hillview. Additionally, include with payment, resident name, salon service, and stylist name.
   
   
   • Purchase a non-refundable gift certificate directly from Salon Staff.
