Applicant should be ambulatory, in relatively good physical and mental health and able to tend to their own personal and safety needs. An appointment can be arranged for a tour of Carroll Heights and the apartments. Applications should be completed and submitted using the Application Form. The form must be returned to the Household Coordinator for review and placement on the wait list. We do a criminal background and credit check on all applicants. A copy of your driver's license and vehicle registration if you will keep a vehicle on site; will be asked for at the time of application and be kept on file.
