The goal of the Community Liaison Program is to triage community resources for community members to meet basic needs.
Services offered within the program include (but are not limited to):

Aging & Disability Resource Center - serving older adults, persons with disabilities as well as the families, friends and caregivers who work with and care for them
Food Resources - showing food resources, food pantries, meal sites, and more
ACCESS.wi.gov - apply for and manage your state of Wisconsin benefits and programs
