Legislative Committee

The Legislative Committee was created in 2007 to provide for an increased role by County Supervisors in monitoring legislative activity and promoting policy positions based on County priorities to influence decision making toward a more balanced fiscal relationship with the State and Federal Government. The committee proposes legislative and policy positions for promotion before elected State and Federal representatives, working closely with the standing committees of the County Board.

11:30 A.M. Monday of *Committee week (as called)
*Committee Week shall be the week before the County Board meets
Advisory and Ad Hoc Committees may be formed as needed.
