Pam Viner Appointed to Represent District 22 on the La Crosse County Board of Supervisors
Pam Viner was appointed to the La Crosse County Board of Supervisors on January 11, 2021 after the resignation of Supervisor Joe Kovacevich.
Supervisor Viner has been a resident of District 22 since 2006 but La Crosse County is her home. She was born and raised in La Crosse, graduated from Central High School and from UW-La Crosse with a teaching degree. She was awarded a master’s degree from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green Ohio. She retired from the State of Wisconsin as a Section Chief in the Department of Administration Bureau of Procurement.
Supervisor Viner has additional experience in economic development, management, manufacturing, and public relations/advertising.
This is Supervisor Viner’s first experience in public office. When asked why she applied for the appointment she stated: “I believe that we all need to serve to help meet the needs of our neighbors and our communities in a positive and productive manner. I look forward to serving the residents of District 22 and La Crosse County.”
The term expires on April 18, 2022.
