In an effort to protect the public, attorneys, court staff, and judges from the health risk associated with COVID-19, the Wisconsin Courts have issued orders temporarily suspending in-person proceedings statewide, with certain limited exceptions. Adult Justice Support Services has limited staff onsite for phone triage, drug and alcohol testing, and GPS equipment hookup/maintenance.

We request that attorneys continue to schedule appointments through the Business Office. Bond Posting is available during weekdays from 8:00a - 4:30p at the Clerk of Courts office. After hours and weekend bond posting is still available, we ask that you call the Jail 608-785-9630 to make arrangements.
We are also taking appointments for public fingerprinting on Wednesdays from 3:00p - 7:00p. Services are being provided remotely when possible. We are currently providing mediation services via telephone conference. Upon receiving a mediation referral, we will contact clients to make arrangements. Completion of custody assessments will be delayed as only those tasks not requiring in-person contact are being provided. No Step-parent Adoption Screenings are being provided at this time.
