Aging and Disability Resource Center of Western Wisconsin

The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of La Crosse County provides transportation options to older adults (60 years of age or older) and adults with disabilities. Members of a long-term care program, such as Family Care, that help individuals remain independent by providing support and funding for equipment, services and case management, may be eligible for transportation through their program and should contact their care worker for more information.
