How should the materials be contained and brought in?

Materials brought in that are leaking or have the potential to leak should be placed in a container to prevent the spilling and/or contamination of this material (i.e. bucket, plastic bag). Materials that have a strong odor should not be place in the passenger part of the car. They should be securely placed in the trunk of the car or back of a truck to ensure passenger safety.
