CIVIL PROCESS SERVICE |

The Sheriff's
Office shall charge for the service of Civil Process, legal
notices and other actions where prohibited by law. |

The County Board pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 814.70 and a
County resolution establishes fees. |

|
Fees shall be paid at the time the papers are accepted for
service. A deposit of $80.00 is required, which will
usually cover two service attempts ($35.00 each), plus the going
rate for mileage. Additional service attempts are extra
($35.00 each), with four attempts being the maximum chargeable. |

|
Municipal agencies within Wisconsin shall be billed at the time
of service. |

|
Sheriff's sale postings are currently set at $75.00. The
actual sale is an additional $75.00. |

| A
deputy time fee of $33.14 per hour is added for time spent in
property seizures and evictions stand-bys. |
