A bed and breakfast establishment is a personal residence occupied by the
owner where 8 or less rooms are provided for rent to customers for lodging and
where the only meal served is breakfast.

Bed and breakfast establishments are places of lodging that meet the
following:
- 8 or fewer rooms for rent
- 20 people or less per night
- the building is the owner’s personal residence
- the only meal served to guests is breakfast
