Call To Order

Acting Chairman Don Bina called the meeting to order at 5:50 p.m.

Review and Approve Bids for Jim and Mary Ann Hemker Soil and Water Resource Management Project

Motion by Manthei/Pedretti to accept the low bid submitted by Al Neibuhr. Stangl presented the committee members with two bids submitted to construct a barnyard runoff control system on the Jim and Mary Ann Hemker property on County Road M. Stangl reported that the estimated cost of the Barnyard runoff control system was $43,530.00. The bids submitted are as follows;

Al Neihburh (General Contractor)       $43,235.65

Steve Leis (General Contractor)          $45,046.05

Funding for the Hemker project will be provided by DATCP under the County’s Soil and Water Resource Management Program at a cost-share rate of 70% for eligible costs. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion by Manthei/Pedretti to adjourn the meeting. Motion was approved unanimously. Meeting was adjourned at 5:54 p.m.
