CALL TO ORDER

Committee Chairman Spiker called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

RESOLUTION RE ESTABLISHING CAMPUS PLAN COMMITTEE

Supervisor Schroeder asked who else would be giving input other than that of the hired architectural firm.  Steve O’Malley noted input may be received from WTC, the City, nearby private landowners, and may also look at remodeling.  MOTION by Schroeder/Pfaff to approve the resolution.  Motion carried unanimously; Richmond excused; Berns and Johnson absent.

ADJOURNMENT

MOTION by Schroeder/Pfaff to adjourn the meeting.  Motion carried unanimously; Richmond excused; Berns and Johnson absent.  The meeting adjourned at 5:33 p.m.
