CLOSED SESSION (3:15 p.m.)

MOTION by Johnson/Hammes to enter into closed session pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stats., to consider compensation or performance evaluation data of a public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, to wit:  County Administrator’s Employment Contract.  Motion carried unanimously; Doyle excused.

OPEN SESSION (3:40 p.m.)

MOTION by Johnson/Hammes to reconvene to open session.  Motion carried unanimously.

REPORTED CLOSED SESSION ACTION

The subcommittee discussed amendments to the County Administrator’s contract.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business, Board Chairman Doyle declared the meeting adjourned at 3:41 p.m..
