CLOSED SESSION (3:05 p.m.)

MOTION by Hammes/Johnson to enter into closed session pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stats., to consider compensation or performance evaluation data of a public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, to wit:  County Administrator’s Employment Contract.  Motion carried unanimously; Doyle excused.

OPEN SESSION (3:40 p.m.)

MOTION by Johnson/Hammes to reconvene to open session.  Motion carried unanimously.

REPORTED CLOSED SESSION ACTION

The subcommittee discussed Steve O’Malley’s contract terms and directed the Personnel Director to prepare a draft contract for the members to review.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business, Board Chairman Doyle declared the meeting adjourned at 3:42 p.m..
