INTRODUCTIONS & ROLL CALL

Terry Hanson, Committee Chair, called the meeting to order at 10 a.m.

 

SET AGENDA FOR MARCH 14, 2007 MEETING

The group decided that the next Policy Board meeting should be March 14, 2007 at 9 a.m.  The agenda should include an update on disposal of unused medications, a resolution supporting the Governor’s Task Force report on Waste Materials Recovery and Disposal, a review of the Governor’s Task Force report, a discussion of landfill operation bid collaboration with Monroe County, input on the top Solid Waste Policy Board Issues of Regional Interest, and direction on disaster debris planning.

 

There was brief discussion that regional Solid Waste Policy Board staff should meet between Solid Waste Policy Board meetings to pursue the directives of the Solid Waste Policy Board.

           

ADJOURNMENT

MOTION by Gilman/Freedland to adjourn the meeting.  Motion Carried Unanimously.  The meeting adjourned at 11 a.m.
