Architect Evaluation

Proposals from 6 vendors were evaluated on March 20, 2007 by a team consisting of:

County Administrator, Sheriff, Justice Sanctions Director, Facilities Director, Finance

Director,  Purchasing Manager, and Market & Johnson. 

The vendors were evaluated on the following criteria.

                      Total evaluation points      150                                             

It was determined that the top two evaluated firms were significantly better qualified than the other firms.

On March 27, 2007, a joint meeting of the LEC Addition and Public Works Committees interviewed  Potter Lawson / River Architects and Venture Architects .  The twelve (12) person Evaluation Team consisted of members of the LEC Addition Committee, Public Works Committee, and County staff.

The joint meeting recommended selecting the collaboration of Potter Lawson / River Architects for the LEC Addition project.
