Closed Session.  Upon a motion duly made and carried, the joint committees may go into closed session pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(e), Wis. Stats., deliberating or the investing of public funds or conducting other specified public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, TO WIT:  Interviewing of Construction Management Firms for the LEC Addition Project.  Following the closed session at approximately 11:30 a.m., the joint committees will reconvene into open session and may, before proceeding to the next item, take action on the closed session matter.
