CLOSED SESSION:  "Upon motion duly made and carried, the Executive Committee may go into

closed session for deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing

of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining

reasons require a closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 19.85(1)(e), TO WIT: Discuss negotiation

strategy - Emergency Medical Services (EMS)."

The committee may also go into closed session to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body

who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to

litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 19.85(1)(g), TO WIT:

Municipal Bond Investigation/Litigation.  Following the closed session, the Committee will

reconvene into open session and may take action on the closed session issues.
