Closed Session: Upon a motion duly made and carried, the Executive Committee may

go into closed session for the following purposes:  Deliberating or negotiating the purchase

of public properties, the investing of public funds or conducting other specified public business,

whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(e)

Wis. Stats., TO WIT:  Formulate negotiating strategy re: Agreement for Ambulance Services

between the County and Tri-State Ambulance Services, Inc.; and for conferring with legal

counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy

to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved

pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(g) Wis. Stats., To Wit:  Claim of Kristi R. Dutton.  Following the closed

session, the Committee will reconvene into open session and may take action on the closed session

issues.
