The first meeting of the Port of La Crosse Board of Harbor Commissioners will be held Monday, October 22, 2007 at 4:30 p.m. in the North Conference Room, First Floor, City Hall. This will be an organizational meeting with the following issues to be addressed:
1) Welcome – County Board Chair, Steve Doyle, Mayor Mark Johnsrud
2) Election of President, Vice President, Secretary
3) Intergovernmental Agreement Review
4) Establishment of By-Laws Subcommittee
5) 2008 Operating Budgets – La Crosse County, City of La Crosse
6) Discussion of Port Plan update/Waterfront Plan
7) 2008 Boat Show Update
8) Status of Mississippi River No-Wake Zone at Riverside Park and next steps
9) Discussion of Leases:
a. Harold E. Craig
b. Isle La Plume Municipal Dock Land Lease (Hanke)
9) Set Monthly Meeting Dates and Times
