Closed Session. Upon a motion duly made and carried, the Board may go into closed session pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(e), Wis. Stats., deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, TO WIT: discuss negotiations with prospects in Lakeview Business Park Phase 1B. Following the closed session, the Board will reconvene into open session and may, before proceeding to the next agenda item, take action on the closed session matter. |
