CLOSED SESSION:  The Committee may entertain a motion to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat., s. 19.85(1)(f), considering financial, medical, social or personal histories of specific persons which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations.  TO WIT: GRIEVANCE HEARING REGARDING (C.P.).

Stat., s. 19.85(1)(a), when deliberating concerning a case which was the subject of any judicial or quasi-judicial trial or hearing before that governmental body.  TO WIT: GRIEVANCE HEARING REGARDING (C.P.). Following the closed session, the Committee will reconvene into open session, and may, before adjourning take action on the closed session issue.
