January      25    Inform CD Smith and Market & Johnson they are finalists for Construction Manager.  Start creation of Architect RFP with assistance from CD Smith / Market & Johnson

 

January      31    LEC Addition Committee and Public Works Committee joint meeting.  Provide timeline and history

 

January      31    Provide updated cost sheets for CD Smith / Market & Johnson to complete

 

February     6     Vendor conference with CD Smith / Market & Johnson to answer questions

 

February   12      Policy and Planning Meeting – County Board.  Discuss timeline for the CM and Architect procurement process.

 

February   13      LEC Addition Committee Meeting --  Receive Update

 

February   15      County Board Meeting – Approval of Resolution and timeline

 

February   20      CD Smith / Market & Johnson submit cost proposals

 

February   20      Distribute RFP to Architects

 

February   27      Construction Manager interviews with LEC Addition Committee and Public Works Committee – Construction Manager is approved.

 

March         5      Policy and Planning Meeting-Special Board Meeting.  County Board approves Construction Manager.

 

March         6      Architect proposals due.  Construction Manager receives copy of Architect proposals.

 

March       12      Architect proposals are reviewed by staff and Construction Manager.  Two or three are selected to be interviewed.

 

March       13      LEC Addition Committee meeting.  Update on which architects to be interviewed.  Construction Manager attends meeting.

 

March       27      Architect interviews with LEC Addition Committee and Public Works Committee.  Construction Manager assists with interviews and evaluation.  Architect is approved.

 

April            9     Policy and Planning Meeting-Special County Board Meeting. 

                        County Board approves contract for Architect.
