COMMUNITY LIVING ASSISTANTS
FULL & PART TIME
2ND & 3RD SHIFTS
Current vacancies located in West Salem at Lakeview Health Center’s
Adult Family Homes. Openings are at our community settings, caring for
adults with developmental disabilities or persons with mental health
issues. Duties: assist with housekeeping and food prep; accompany and
transport to appointments, outings and worksites; may involve direct
care. Every other weekend off and a holiday rotation.
Excellent County benefit package! $9.69/hr.
Requires dependability, good work record, driver’s license, good driving
record, 18 yrs. of age, and successful completion of criminal record
check as required by the Wis. Caregiver Law. Experience with
developmentally disabled or persons with mental health issues helpful,
but not required. CNA Certification is not required!
