The Clinical Services Section of the Human Services Department is under the management of Bill Adams.

This section provides services to La Crosse County residents for

  • Mental Health Issues

  • Alcohol And Other Drug Abuse

  • Crisis Intervention

  • Adult Protective Services 

  • Ongoing Support

Referrals for services provided in Clinical Services are made through the Resource Center
