The La Crosse County Medical Examiner exists to be of service to the
citizens of La Crosse County. Regulated by Wisconsin State Statues
and directed by the County Board, this office has the
responsibilities, duties, and functions as set forth by Wisconsin
Statue Chapter 979, Investigation of Deaths.
The office is
dedicated to the protection of the living, through comprehensive
investigation of deaths, as required by law. |
