SYSTEMS SUPPORT OVERVIEW

Help Desk

Ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business
tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level.

Assets Management

Oversee the daily and long-term strategic management of software and
technology-related hardware within the organization. This includes monitoring and recording hardware and software to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.
Provide and assist in forming assets management strategies for IT.  IT Asset
Management will facilitate and remediate procedures for tracking company assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles

End User Training

To deliver training to end users in the County about how to use various types of software programs efficiently and effectively in support of business objectives.
This individual is responsible for designing, delivering, and improving in-house software applications, training programs, and related courseware.
