OVERVIEW
Project Management
To plan, execute, and
finalize projects according to strict deadlines
and within budget. This includes acquiring
resources and coordinating the efforts of team
members and third-party contractors or consultants
in order to deliver projects according to plan.
The Project Manager will also define the project's
objectives and oversee quality control throughout
its life cycle.
Business Analyst
To elicit, analyze,
specify, and validate the business needs of
project stakeholders, whether customers or
end-users. This includes interviewing stakeholders
and gathering and compiling user requirements to
convey to development teams throughout the
software lifecycle. Also apply proven
communication, analytical, and problem-solving
skills to help support the development process,
and to ensure that project deliverables are met
according to specifications.
Application Support
To deliver support to
end users in the organization about how to use
various types of software programs efficiently and
effectively in fulfilling business objectives.
This includes troubleshooting applications and
software for all internal customers. Also
responsible for assisting in the design, delivery,
and improvement of in-house software applications,
training programs, and related courseware. The
Application Support Analyst maintains detailed
knowledge of the applications and business
processes.
Database Analyst
To direct, evaluate,
review, and manage database resources and services
while ensuring high levels of data quality. This
area is also responsible for developing,
implementing, and overseeing database security,
policies and procedures to ensure the integrity
and availability of databases and their
accompanying software. Where required, will
design, install, monitor, maintain, and
performance tune production databases.
