The objective of this procurement process is to obtain high quality items for the La Crosse County Highway Department. 

Proposal Submittal Instructions

All proposals shall be submitted in complete original form along with four (4) additional copies. An authorized individual using an unduplicated original signature is required to sign the VENDOR SIGNATURE FORM. No faxed or emailed proposals will be accepted. Other specific instructions may be part of the RFP.
