Financial Comparison Data

One means of evaluating cost effectiveness is to consider comparisons with our peer Counties.  On this web page, there are several documents that provide independent financial data comparing  La Crosse County spending and tax Levy with other Wisconsin Counties, including those most similar in population to us.  In addition, historical spending trends for the past ten years, showing tax levy trends during the five years before having a County Administrator and the five budget years with an Administrator.
